The durable T-shaped handle fits comfortably in your hand and is ideal for applications where power is needed for insertion, such as incoming meat inspections and semi-frozen food. The LCD screen at the top of the meter provides easy reading for cooking applications. The HI 145 thermometer is ideal for checking incoming goods and food storage, as well as applications in food preparation, and during cooking. HI 145-00 is equipped with a 125 mm long probe from AISI 316 stainless steel. The sharp, conical end ensures a rapid response and improved accuracy over the entire range. With an automatic CAL check option, the HI 145 performs an independent check of the calibration status and displays this on the LCD screen.
