Mossel Bacillus cereus selective agar is used for the detection and enumeration of spores and vegetative forms of Bacillus cereus in food products. The standard formula corresponds to the composition of the MYP agar (with mannitol, egg yolk and polymyxin) defined in the NF EN ISO 7932 and NF EN ISO 21871 standards.
