With Symphony agar, <\/strong>it is possible to count yeasts and fungi in all types of foods for both humans and animals, regardless of their water activity. This medium is also suitable for checking environmental samples in production areas, where water samples can be analysed via membrane filtration. Thanks to the unique formulation of Symphony agar, it is possible to perform the count after only 3 days of incubation<\/strong>, compared to at least 5 days for other standardized methods.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Symphony agar for counting yeasts and fungi is certified NF VALIDATION,<\/strong> for both food and feed, under certificate no. BKR 23\/11-12\/18, valid until 04\/12\/2022. This validated method allows rapid counting within only 54 hours<\/strong> of incubation, as opposed to the minimum 5 days required by the standardized methods NF ISO 21527-1 and NF ISO 21527-2.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
