The test kit contains 10 ready-to-use reagent tubes. Each tube with 3.0 ng or 5 x 10-12 moles of ATP and 1 mg of protein (Bovine Serum Albumin). A pre-moistened swab is used for the ATP / Protein pellet and the interior of the 3M Clean-Trace Surface Positive Control tube. Clean-Trace Surface devices are then activated and measured. The measurement must be above a specified level, which means that reagent and instrument work well.
