What are the possibilities to pay?

Can I get certificates?

Led Techno is an ISO certified company (ISO 9001: 2015). We also place high demands on our suppliers with regard to their quality standards and their products. We strive to offer you as a customer the widest possible and high-quality range. Download our ISO certificate here.

Most suppliers have ISO certification. We deliver these certificates on simple request.

In addition, we perform an annual evaluation of our suppliers on various points (delivery level, correctness of goods, correctness of documents, ...).

For suppliers who do not have certification, we are stricter in their assessment.

We have a wide collection of products, so it is not possible to keep these certificates up to date online.

If you want a specific certificate, let us know the article number and lot number of the product or the invoice number.

If you want the certificates for each delivery, let us know. And then we send them as standard with the order.

How can I order?

If you cannot find a certain item on the website, you can always contact our sales support or your account manager (info@ledtechno.be or +32 11 363 363 (for Belgium) +31 85 888 06 01 (for the Netherlands).

It is always possible that an item is out of stock with us or that the newest item is not yet on our website. If this is the case, contact our sales support (011 363 363 for Belgium and 085 888 06 01 for the Netherlands) or ask your account manager.

What are the possibilities to deliver?

From 200 euros excl. VAT we provide free delivery in Belgium and the Netherlands. Below 200 euros excl. VAT, 25 euros plus has to be paid for file, postage and administration costs.

Together with the account manager, we determine which device is most suitable for your needs.
Before the delivery takes place there is always a visit from the account manager on site to see the most suitable way of delivery and connection.

Do you have a complaints procedure?

During office hours you can always call 011 363 363 for Belgium or 085 888 06 01 for the Netherlands. Outside office hours you can always send an email to info@ledtechno.be and we will contact you shortly.

As an ISO certified company, we have a complaints procedure. Each complaint is registered and analyzed.
Complaints from customers are always discussed in the Q-meeting.

We are available every working day from 8.30 am to 4.45 pm, on Friday we are available until 4.00 pm. For questions or complaints you can always mail to info@ledtecho.be
