What do I do if my delivery is damaged?

If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, you may forward the following to us:

  • The customer order
  • Photo of the closed damaged box
  • Picture of the label from GLS
  • Photo of the opened box, to see how it was packed
  • Photo of the damaged goods.


If only the goods are damaged and can only be noticed after opening the box, you may send us the following info: 

  • The customer order
  • Picture of the GLS label
  • Picture of the opened box, to see how it was packed
  • Picture of the damaged goods.
