Led techno has just received again the Laborama Quality Service Label 2021. And this already a few years on row.
This implies that:
- Led techno is an official distributor of equipment, equipment sub-assemblies and accessories that it maintains, repairs or for which it offers services.
- Led techno's Service Engineers are trained and certified by the manufacturer.
- Led techno carries out the maintenance of the equipment according to the manufacturer's standards and following a traceable quality system.
- Led techno only uses original and new spare parts for the maintenance of the devices. With regard to this last criterion, an exception can be made with the explicit agreement of the end user.
- Led techno clearly informs the user about the condition of the instrument, the availability of spare parts and possibilities for improving the analysis methods.
