Enables rapid assessment of Ultra Heat Treated (UHT) or Extended Shelf Life (ESL) milk and sterile dairy samples already incubated in the pack. Compared to classical microbiology methods, this is a faster alternative. The system is specifically designed to exclude ATP from non-microbial sources and only measures microbial ATP in a light output format of RLUs (Relative Light Units). The measurement of microbial ATP indicates the presence of micro-organisms in the product.
