3M Oil Tester:
Immerse the 3M oil tester in frying oil at frying temperature (160°C - 185°C), outside the cooking cycles of the food.
The measurement is taken 30 seconds after the testers have been immersed in the oil.
A simple count of the number of bands that have turned from blue to yellow determines the state of degradation of the oil.
