Homogeneous, free flowing and toasted in colour.
If any changes phisically, discard product.

pH (25°C) 7.1 - 7.5
Conc. of use 40g/L
Preparation:
Dissolve 40 gr in 1 L of water and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add 5-10% of sterile defibrinated blood (Avoid bubbles in homogenization)
If desired, add BLPS-00P to increase growth.
Once open. avoid hydr.
Storage temp. 2 - 25°C
