Avoid confusion with vials and wrong samples. The HI 83224-02 has a very unique feature: the vials are identified via a bar code. For the parameters that do not use bar code reagents, the vials that are available with the instrument must be used. The barcode has two fields and two digits. The first field is for the identification of the parameter and the second for the identification of the reagents. The HI 83224-02 has interactivity that supports the user during the analysis process. Help can be requested at each step by simply pressing the key.
