VRBL agar (Violet Red Bile Lactose) with neutralizers is a ready-to-use medium. The medium is used to identify and count coliforms and thermotolerant coliforms on surfaces by printing on agar to control critical points in industry (e.g., protected areas, microbiological control programs for surfaces and industrial environments).
