Oxford Agar is a selective medium used for the isolation and detection of Listeria monocytogenes and other Listeria in even highly contaminated food products. The medium can be used as a second medium of choice in the framework of the method for the detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food microbiology (NF EN ISO 11290-1).
