The qLUMEN Rt-qPCR Kit with probe offers exceptional performance in cDNA systhesis and qPCR in a single tube. The kit includes a MasterMix supplied in a 2x concentration to perform Real-Time PCR and is compatible with most probe technologies. It also includes a RT mix that comprises a balanced mixture of both RTase and RNAse inhibitors
